The mission at West Michigan Trails & Greenways Coalition (WMTGC) is to enhance the quality of life by advancing our regional trails movement. The Vision is to build a world-class trail system connecting all of West Michigan. We play a pivotal role in the trail-building process in West Michigan. We help map the path to get from “napkin to pavement.” We bring people together, steer around the pitfalls, organize the funding, and encourage the volunteers to persevere. We are the voice of the region, with the 10,000 foot view, to make all the pieces come together. We are a small non-profit that is funded strictly through individual and foundational donations.
