Exchanges & Returns
Return Policy
We guarantee the quality of all our products at TMS. We will issue a refund for any product, so long as it is unwashed/unworn and has the original tags attached. Refunds are issued based on the original payment method used (i.e., an original payment with VISA will be refunded to the same credit card account). For a return, simply send an email to orders@themittenstate.com within 45 days of original purchase date. Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange Policy
One of the benefits of becoming a TMS member means free exchanges: if you’ve ordered the wrong size, TMS will issue you an exchange shipping label via email. Just print off the prepaid shipping label, and drop it off in the mail to us! Upon receipt, we’ll ship you your new size/product, free of charge. For non-members, please address any exchanges to our headquarters at TMS (click here for address). Exchanges must be unworn/unwashed and have the original tags still attached. Exchanges can be made within the first 45 days of original purchase. Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
