Exchanges & Returns
We guarantee the quality of all our products at TMS. We will issue a refund for any product, so long as it is unwashed/unworn and has the original tags attached. Refunds are issued based on the original payment method used (i.e., an original payment with VISA will be refunded to the same credit card account). For questions regarding eligibility on a return, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of original purchase date. We will not issue a prepaid shipping label for items to be returned for a refund unless pre-approved first by TMS. Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
One of the benefits of becoming a TMS member means free exchanges: if you’ve ordered the wrong size, TMS will issue you an exchange shipping label via email. Just print off the prepaid shipping label, and drop it off in the mail to us! Upon receipt, we’ll ship you your new size/product, free of charge. For non-members, please address any exchanges to our headquarters at TMS (click here for address). Exchanges must be unworn/unwashed and have the original tags still attached. Exchanges can be made within the first 30 days of original purchase. Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
